Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote in our recent charity poll. We are pleased to share that Compton Care has been chosen as the local cause our community would like us to support.
Compton Care provides specialist palliative and bereavement support for people living with life-limiting conditions, as well as the families around them. Their services help people access the right care at the right time, including support at home, inpatient care, day services, and bereavement support.
What happens next?
Compton Care will now be supported through our Charity Recommendation Incentive Scheme, alongside Sporting Wellness. For every initial meeting we arrange as a result of a recommendation, we will donate £50, split equally as £25 to each charity. The meeting can be in person or held remotely, and there is no obligation for the person you recommend to become a client.
