We discussed what we hoped to achieve and Sam came up with a plan that we were happy with. At all stages I felt we were listened to and explanations given where needed. We were recommended to contact Sam. Brueton at Bank House Financial Planning by a trusted neighbour who spoke highly of him. We were actively seeking a new trusted financial advisor since we have a varied but somewhat disorganised investment portfolio. We also have underlying medical conditions which make future planning difficult. We were, however, keen to avoid any aggressive sales techniques. We are not experts but neither are we naive beginners with financial products. Sam has been patient and has so far provided excellent appropriate advice which we are acting upon.
